Scott Moncrieff is a highly respected, national law firm head quartered in Holborn, London and headed up by human rights lawyer, Lucy Scott-Moncrieff.

My Contribution

The range of my work included strategic and specific communication projects for individual lawyers as well as their business units – employment, prison law, mental health, public law and medical negligence/personal injury. My task was to equip the lawyers with the means to attract new clients and build relationships with those likely to refer cases their way. Key elements included identifying, profiling and segmenting their target audience; creating key messages; developing personality under the umbrella of the Scott-Moncrieff brand; and, consulting on content for social media, micro sites and leaflets.
