Dynamic Hertfordshire-based Dinky Dancers is a franchise focusing on physical movement for pre-school children. Part of Active Creative Ltd, the organisation is the brainchild of Lorry Edwards.
I set up a communication ‘toolkit’ for the franchisees. The idea was to give the franchisees the means to manage their own promotion while staying true to the brand. Each region has different needs – some will have a great local paper, others might find leaflets or posters useful. The toolkit had to be flexible enough to cater for all circumstances so franchisees felt supported but not constrained. As with all brands, Dinky Dancers is strengthened by both consistency and creativity. The toolkit included a best practice guide, story ideas, and templates.
